Return and Refund Policy

Only unwashed, unworn, or merchandise that was received defective can be returned.

The following policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.

Returns/Exchanges with Original Sales Receipt

Store refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid or a merchandise exchange, when returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Purchases made by check cannot be returned in less than 7 days from date of purchase. All merchandise must be in its original form and/or packaging. Merchandise will not be eligible for return after 15 days of the purchase date.

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange, when returned within 30 days of invoice date. All merchandise must be in its original form and/or packaging. Merchandise will not be eligible for return after 30 days of the online purchase date.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the return shipment date, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Our Returns Center will guide you through the returns process.

Returns/Exchanges without a Receipt

Store refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise certificate (store credit) for the current selling price.

Without the online invoice, the customer will adhere to the in-store return policy.

Returns with a Gift Receipt

Store refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise exchange or a merchandise certificate (store credit) for the price paid.

Online refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise exchange or a gift card for the price paid.

Merchandise will not be eligible for return after 30 days of gift receipt date.

Return Center

To return or exchange any Groovy on Grand online purchase by mail:

1. Include a copy of the online invoice.

2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and please note the reason why.

3. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order. If you would like an exchange, let us know what you want by writing the description(s), style number(s), color(s), and size(s) clearly on the invoice.


4. Circle the name and address where we should send the exchange. If you want the replacement merchandise sent to a different address, clearly write the address on the invoice.

5. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible, and include a copy of the online invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Returns should be addressed as follows:
